Privacy

What we collect, and what we don't.

Short version: we collect only what you type into the contact form or send us by email, we use it only to reply to you, and it goes nowhere else. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics, no mailing list, no data sold — ever.

What we collect

  • Contact form — your name, company, work email, and the optional details you choose to add (Ignition version, PLC and database counts, third-party modules, your message, and whether you need an NDA or net-30 terms).
  • Direct email — if you email us, we keep that message and your address.
  • Server logs — our hosting records standard web-server access entries (IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser type). These are generated by the server, not by anything running in your browser.

What we do not do

  • We set no tracking or advertising cookies.
  • We run no third-party analytics, pixels, or trackers on these pages.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing.
  • We do not add you to any mailing list or drip sequence.
  • We do not profile you across other websites.

Why and how

How your information is used and handled.

  • Purpose — contact details are used only to reply to your inquiry, scope the work, and keep a normal record of the engagement.
  • Form processing — the contact form is delivered through Formspree, a third-party service that receives the submission and relays it to us by email. Their handling of that data is governed by their privacy policy.
  • Hosting — the site and its server logs are held by our web host on United States servers.
  • Files you send for analysis are handled separately and more strictly — encrypted storage, access limited to the engineer on your engagement, never used to train any model, and deleted 90 days after delivery or immediately on request.   • Retention — inquiry and email records are kept only as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One email is enough and we do not charge for it. Because we keep so little, honoring these requests is simple.

Children

This is a business-to-business service. The site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
