Ignition gateway analysis

We read your Ignition gateway backup so your engineers don't have to.

Send us an existing gateway backup. AI reads every project, tag, script, and connection in it; an Ignition Gold Certified engineer verifies every finding; you get a written record of what you have today and a prioritized plan your own team can execute.

Optional add-ons at the same flat rate: Rockwell PLC program analysis and MySQL / Microsoft SQL database analysis. That is the whole service. We do not do anything else.

What you get

One packet you own outright.

  • A system of record — what exists today, in plain language
  • Ranked findings — what is wrong, why it matters, where to look
  • An executable plan — sequenced, with effort estimates and verify steps
  • Diagrams — how it actually connects, built from the backup
  • One walkthrough call plus 30 days of email questions

Read the whole thing before you buy

A complete sample packet is published on this site. Ungated, start to finish, nothing held back for a sales call.

The question we get asked most

“Why can't my engineers do this themselves?”

They can. And if they have the Ignition depth and an open week, they should — your team will come out of it knowing your system better than any outside packet could teach them. We would always rather your internal people stay busy on your own plant. This service exists for the cases where that is not the situation you are in.

When it is worth sending out

  • Nobody in-house has lived deep in Ignition — the gateway was built by an integrator, or by someone who has since left
  • Your people know exactly what to do and have not had an open week since spring
  • The review has gone on the schedule three times and lost to a line-down call every time
  • You need the current state documented by a date — for an upgrade, an audit, an acquisition, or a handover

When you should keep it in-house

  • You have Ignition talent with room on the calendar. Give them the work — they will learn your system better than we ever will.
  • You want someone to own the remediation. We do not. Your team executes the plan, and that is deliberate.
  • You are hoping to avoid hiring an engineer. This makes an engineer faster. It does not replace one.

We would rather talk you out of this than sell you a packet you did not need. The fifteen-minute scoping call is where that happens, and it costs nothing.

AI made this analysis cheap. That is not where the value is. Reading a gateway end to end used to be a week of billable engineering, which is exactly why it kept not happening. That cost has collapsed, and prices across this industry will follow — ours included. The cheap reading is not the part worth paying for. The part worth paying for is that the review finally exists: verified by someone accountable, ranked by real risk, written down, and in the hands of the team that has been meaning to get to it for three years. Analysis nobody can trust is worth nothing at any price.

Find out what is really on your gateway.

One message, one reply from a real person, within one business day. Fifteen minutes of scoping tells you whether this is worth doing at all.
